Male dyspareunia or dyspareunia in men is a recurrent or continuous pain in the genital or pelvic region which occurs during or after sexual activity. The pain in the penis may be accompanied by a burning sensation during and even after ejaculation.

Possible reasons for painful intercourse in men include infection UTI or STIs, allergic reactions to condoms, tight foreskin, and small tears in foreskin, inflammation, testicular pain and swelling.
